Box Office 2023

Most tickets are 'Lawn' tickets where you bring your own chair/blanket (general admission on the grass, with blankets assigned nearer the stage). There are also a limited number of 'Table & Chairs' & 'Rattan Sofa' ticket options for which seating is provided, as follows:

â–º 3x 'Tables & Chairs' (each for 4 people) right in front of the stage; the equivalent of the front row
â–º 4x 'Tables & Chairs' (2x 4-seater & 2x 6-seater) under cover to the side of the Middle Lawn
â–º 3x 'Rattan Sofas' (3x 3-seater) under cover between the columns of the Rotunda
â–º Please note: for those of your familiar with last year's seating plan, we no longer have 'Tables & Chairs' on the Upper Lawn nor the Lower Lawn (except the front 3 tables). These areas will instead be occupied by 'Lawn' ticket-holders

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Due to the licensing at the venue, you can not bring your own alcohol, as only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed, otherwise you would be breaking the law. Please make sure that all of your party are aware of this. There will be a bar on site with a range of tipples, as well as non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks for you to purchase. Please note that all monies from drinks sales go directly to Northwood House Charitable Trust to help maintain its grade II* listed Georgian manor house and its gardens.

  • We have as list of FAQs here.

opening times

  • Our gates will open at the times stated on the individual ticket booking pages, at which time you can visit the bar and our food stalls, and there will usually be entertainment on the outdoor stage before, and in some cases after the main shows so you can stay for a drink and maybe even a boogie!

  • There is an on-site car park (entrance on Ward Avenue) which costs £3.50 per vehicle and must be paid in cash on the day, or you can pre-order a voucher when buying your tickets for ease.

Please note

  • These are outdoor concerts. Only 'Table & Chairs' and 'Rattan Sofa' tickets include seating, and other ticket-holders are expected to sit on the lawn or bring their own blanket or chair. For those bringing seating, you may be asked to position yourselves in a designated area to avoid blocking the view of those behind you, so we advise bringing a blanket to sit on if you want to be close to the stage. Please do not bring gazebos or tables!

Our associated charity

  • When you buy tickets you can donate to our associated local charity Independent Arts who use the arts to improve well-being, quality of life and to reduce social isolation on the Isle of Wight, since 1987 (Charity No. 297474).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The published line-up and venue may be subject to change, due to such things as illness or weather conditions. Your ticket admits to a festival, not a specific artist or location. Tickets are sold subject to the organiser's right to alter or vary the published event programme and venue, which may result in changes to the performance line-up, playing times or any other aspect of the event. The organiser reserves all rights in this regard. Any published start and finish times of a performance at the Event may be subject to change. The organiser shall not be liable for any change to the venue or the programme of a published start or finish time.
