OPERA - COMEDY - MUSICAL THEATRE - ORCHESTRAL PROMS

Early booking is advised as we have had to reduce the audience capacity to just one quarter in order to comply with the latest restrictions. Therefore, this year we are having to do things a little differently, so please read carefully the following. We have also had to increase ticket prices to compensate for the

BOOKING TICKETS

  • You cannot buy individual tickets, but instead you must buy a whole table. This is to ensure we can keep to social distancing should the rules suddenly change at any point before the festival.

  • There are tables of 4, 6 and 10 available. There are also three rattan sofas which will seat 2 or 3 people, and an open-sided marquee which will seat 14 people, who must book as one group.

  • All tables are on the lawn in the open-air, and the only covered areas are the 14-person marquee and the rattan sofas.

  • All tables and chairs are provided and there are no options for a lawn space as in previous years, due to covid restrictions, so please do not bring any furniture as it won't be required/allowed.

  • All chairs around the table will be angled towards the stage.

  • Should we have to cancel the event due to Covid, you will receive a full refund of your ticket money, but not the booking fee, as the transaction will have already been processed.

ARRIVING

  • There is only one entrance, which is the corner of the Northwood House lawn nearest to where the tennis courts meet the bowling green. However you should start to queue from the direction of the Rotunda car park, which will funnel between Northwood House lawn and the tennis courts.

  • You can't bring alcohol on site due to the licence held by Northwood House, who operate a table service, and all profits made from these sales will go direct to the trust to help safeguard the building and its gardens.

FOOD & DRINK

  • There will be no food stalls on site, however you will be able to pre-order hampers and various food offerings in advance of the event, which will be delivered to your table.

  • There is a full-stocked bar on site, and drinks must be ordered from your table for table service.
